The Negotiate Your Career To The Top seminar aims to empower individuals to seek their true value at work through negotiation. This seminar is delivered across two linked sessions to maximise the opportunity for participants’ subject matter engagement

Part 1: See negotiation in a new light (on the 26th of October )

Through this powerful, compact presentation, understand the role negotiation can play propelling you forward in your career, ensuring you maximise the opportunity available at each stage of your professional journey. Learn key negotiation principles which you can put directly into action in your next employment negotiation.

​Part 2: Put theory into practice. Turn practice into confidence (on the 15th of November)

This 1.5-hour session covers essential negotiation principles in an exciting, fun and digestible format. Maybe you have already put theory into practice or are currently planning a negotiation with your employer. In this session, share your own experiences with industry peers and have your questions answered by a negotiation expert in this safe space.

We will also be developing your thoughts and plans for your own career negotiations within exercises during the session. Through this interactive format, you will test your understanding of the theory, have your questions answered and build your confidence to apply the methodology in pursuit of your career goals.

Be excited, share insights, achievements and personal experiences. Meet new people and make new friends amongst a group of motivated, ambitious professionals.

Workshop aims:

  • Understand some of the key principles of negotiation
  • Identify the many opportunities to negotiate at work and beyond
  • Learn the importance of planning and preparation for employment negotiations
  • Build your confidence to negotiate
