April Business Breakfast

Join us for the popular NAWIC business breakfast club at the family-friendly time of 9:30 am.

Speaker:

This month we are going to have a collaboration to explore the benefits of greening our cities.

Catherine Xavier, Landscape Architect and Director at GUARDA and Gabrielle Graham, Managing Director at SWT Ecology Services, will discuss the benefits that using landscaping and trees as an intrinsic part of the way we plan our cities can bring many other benefits.

Our hosts, Designworks, will share a few tips on what to look for when specifying materials both for projects and our homes, to make sure they stand to their sustainability claims.

Attendance will be open to members and non-members subject to ticket availability, as is necessary since we are keeping the group contained to in order to encourage participation.

This event will be free to attend and we would like to ask you to avoid booking without making sure you will be attending given the spaces are limited.
