We will be visiting Pavilion Square and Officers House, the latest exciting phase of Berkeley Homes (East Thames) Limited, within Royal Arsenal Riverside project.

On the banks of the River Thames in south east London lies one of the hidden treasures, Royal Arsenal Riverside. The Royal Arsenal Riverside is to transform a derelict industrial ammunitions site into a beautiful, Thames-side destination with a flourishing community with first class transport connections.

The 88 acre development is designed to create a whole new neighbourhood of nearly 5,000 homes where listed buildings and modern architecture combine to create a successful place with museums, cafes, bars, restaurants, health facilities, offices, shops and a new park.
