From co-founding a bespoke fabrication business supplying top London architects and developers, to leading full 360° recruitment across the built environment, Karen brings a unique blend of hands-on site experience and strategic talent insight.

Now part of Eden Brown, one of the UK’s longest-established built environment recruitment firms, Karen partners with everyone from boutique design studios to global AJ100 practices. Her recent work also includes shaping the design and delivery teams of leading real estate investors and developers.
