DESCRIPTION:In this fast paced world we have little time for reflection. There is no pause to ask such questions as:    What do I think makes a good team?  What is at the heart of my own identity?  How do my team mates see me?  How would I be in my team\, if I was my best self?    Using the LEGO Serious Play methodology we explore these questions with the emphasis on YOU - individual reflection and building.    We promise it will not be quite like any workshop you've attended before. It will be both seriously playful and insightful.    SMALL GROUP - 12 SPACES ONLY    Our 2018 seminar sessions start with a series of collaborations with Karen Fugle of SleepingGiant consulting. Karen has over 20 years in the Architectural\, Engineering &amp\; Construction industry. She is an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\, a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP) and a certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials. Karen is also an affiliate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and a core-team member of Women in BIM (WIB).
