We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead the organisation through the next exciting period of its development. You will work with the Scheme’s Chairman and Board to further develop, shape and deliver the strategy and business plan, maintaining the goodwill and support of the Scheme’s customers and the construction community and ensuring a proper balance between the Scheme’s public, professional, business and performance-related imperatives. This will include delivering a business plan which drives ongoing growth in participation in the Scheme, providing leadership and advocacy on behalf of the Scheme, its customers and the wider construction industry and the delivery of sustainable organisational and cultural change.
An inspiring leader, with outstanding commercial skills, you will drive a culture of collaboration and high performance and a focus on the delivery of exceptional services to our customers. You will bring the vision to identify new opportunities for growth for the Scheme, together with the demonstrable influencing skills to work effectively with our many varied stakeholders both within and outside the construction community. Outstanding communication skills and powerful credentials in motivating teams and influencing others to deliver business change are essential.
